ASME is an independent knitwear studio creating hand-knitted scarves, accessories and statement pieces from exceptional Italian yarns. Cashmere, silk, silk bouclé and premium wool are selected for their handle, colour and ability to create extraordinary texture.

At the centre of the collection is ASME’s signature fur-stitch - a labour-intensive technique used to build dense, sculptural surfaces entirely through yarn. Across the Fraggle, Sugar, Lola, Põma Põma and Noble Fraggle collections, that textural language shifts from pure Italian wool and saturated colour to brushed cashmere, silk, macramé, fringing and art-inspired compositions.

Scarves sit alongside knitted snoods, gilets, capes, hats and accessories, each made slowly and in deliberately limited quantities. Some pieces are produced in small editions; others are inherently limited by the availability of rare Italian yarns.

Founded on more than two decades of experience in luxury knitwear design, ASME brings the precision of fashion together with the individuality of hand craft. Every piece is made in Ireland with an emphasis on natural materials, exceptional texture and a more considered approach to production.
